If a user cancels a transaction and requests a refund from Boundryedge, the refund will be granted at the sole discretion of Boundryedge

  • The User uses the registered email address to send a written request to Boundryedge to cancel such payment,
  • If the payment is for participation in the paid version(s), the cancellation request must be submitted at least two days prior to the round for which it is intended.

Boundryedge has the option to provide the User the full value of the transaction after deducting taxes and withdrawal fees. Refunds take between 5 and 7 business days. Users should keep in mind crucial guidelines and conditions throughout the transaction procedure.

The transaction terms and conditions will be taken into consideration if they differ from those on Boundryedge. Refunded contest entry costs are added back to the user account on the Boundryedge.

If the event is canceled, there is a technical issue, or there is "force majeure," only the joining money will be reimbursed. No claims will be made for awards based on rank.
